+ A THEOLOGY OF WORSHIP

Pastor Tyson Beesley | Sunday, April 28 | Event Link

A theology of worship explores the biblical teaching concerning the worship and adoration of God. What’s the purpose of worship, both in everyday life and in a corporate church gathering? Come learn the biblical rationale for why Christians gather for worship, what these gatherings are meant to look like (liturgy), and how the historical church calendar is a powerful tool of Christian discipleship.

+ A THEOLOGY OF THE BODY

Pastor Matt Shantz Listen

A theology of the body explores what it means to be human. Come learn the biblical vision for human dignity, human sexuality and gender, what leads to human flourishing, and why resurrection of the body is such a big deal.

+ A THEOLOGY OF SUFFERING

Pastor Jonathan Neufeld Listen

How should we think about suffering?  Suffering both on a global and on a personal scale seems at the outset to be a problem for God.  Yet as we look into God’s word, he gives us not only answers for our suffering but incredible hope through it.  A theology of suffering prepares us for both the questions that can be asked of our faith as well as hope when we face it in our own lives.

+ THE DOCTRINE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: PNEUMATOLOGY

Pastor Matt Shantz | Listen

The Doctrine of the Holy Spirit, also known as pneumatology, has to do with the person and work of the third member of the Trinity. Come learn more about the active presence of God through the Holy Spirit’s role in the Trinity, the world, the Church, and your life.

+ THE DOCTRINE OF DIVINE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD: THEOLOGY PROPER

Dr. Jorge Salazar Listen

In studying God’s attributes, we gain a deeper understanding of who God is and how He relates to the world. It also strengthens our faith, shapes our worldview, and gives us a solid stirrup to ride life’s challenges in peace and hope. Join us and be amazed by the beauty of our God.

+ THE DOCTRINE OF THE END TIMES: Eschatology

Pastor Jonathan Neufeld Listen

The End Times and the book of Revelation has far too often been a source of debate in the church instead of a source of hope and joy. As we dive into this important subject, we want to understand God’s Word with humility, in such a way that builds us up in love not division. Come and learn more about the return of Jesus, of God’s plan to make all things new and the great hope we have in eternal life in Heaven!
