(2)1st Century Church
First Century Corinth was a city not all that unlike the Twenty-First century West. A city filled with religious and sexual freedom and hyper-individualism. The church had it’s share of problems too. From factions and divisions to sexual sin, drunkenness, lawsuits, and theological errors. In other words, not a lot has changed.
Our 1 Corinthians series delves into the issues they were facing, how the Apostle Paul addressed them, and all that God has to teach us in the 21st Century from this 1st Century Church.
